Sharp pain for 5 minutes

Last night baby was moving around like crazy and then I went to lay on my left side to get ready to sleep and he was moving loads on the left side and then all of a sudden I had some real sharp pains all on left side of my stomach for a good five minutes I couldn't move! Do you know what it could of been? He's been moving fine all night and this morning so guess he's feeling ok! Xx
