Slight bleeding?
I'm 6 weeks pregnant snd I had some slight red spotting when I woke up but I haven't had any cramps. I'm RH negative with one previous miscarriage that kept me in the doctors constantly because of spotting. Yet after the spotting I randomly puked everywhere(first round of morning sickness) should I be worried I have no cramping or anything just some spotting
