Ladies, I need help
Okay ladies, I need help. I'm currently 11 weeks pregnant (tomorrow) and I'm trying to quit smoking, I was told the patches and gum are safe but problem is, I'm allergic to all forms of quit smoking aides (I've tried them all) and my doctor is very strong against cold turkey for me. I find cutting down as a stay at home mom with my 1 year old very difficult as I lose patience easier. Please no bashing or mean comments I'm only looking for help
