Call the Dr. ? 😯😰

I am 36 weeks as of Sunday. Started to notice my feet swelling. I know its common and not to worry some. I've taken precautions such as elevating my feet, resting and drinking water. Well today I notice my hands starting to swell, I guess yesterday (Sunday) morning there was a bit of swelling. This morning I was able to,but barely able to make a fist without feeling swelling and Little pain in my fingers and now my forearms . My head is starting to hurt and in feeling nauseous. In not going to google anything ,so I'm looking on what to do. I do know severe headache and vision problems is a time to call the dr. ! In not there yet, I don't know what to do. They say to look for protein in the urine but..how. What should I do ? I have a doctors appointment tomorrow morning. This is my third I've had swollen feet but never hands. What should I look out for , should I make a Dr call?
