Early HCG Levels and Multiples??

Question

At 14dpiui my beta was 384 and at 17dpiui it was 1,780! It seems pretty high to me and I was wondering if any of you had similar numbers and how many you had? Any help at all would be awesome! I'm super excited to meet this little one (or ones)! Thanks in advance :-)

My first beta at 10dp5dt was 66 and I'm having twins.

Its difficult to determine twins with hcg levels. Some singletons can produce high hcg levels. But with my twin pregnancy my hcg levels were at:

14dpo: 824 & 16dpo: 2240

14dpo: 379 & 16dpo: 1066 (Singleton)

Check out betabase.com. Beta values aren't very predictive, there can be such a range. Do you have another reason to suspect multiples? (IVF etc). Either way strong betas are a goood sign for a healthy ongoing pregnancy so congrats!!

Mine were high at beginning, but I'm only having one! I also did ivf, so I think the meds affect it.

Oh great, thanks for the response! Your singleton numbers look pretty close to mine so thats neat :-) I think Im just driving myself crazy comparing numbers. I think its just fun guessing what our future holds until our ultrasound apt... Haha
