What do you think?

Usually my periods are so regular I can work out when they come to the day! They have been like this since as long back as I can remember. This month it is 5 days late already, the only other symptoms of pregnancy I have is constant fatigue and sore boobs every now and then. i have been in hospital last month on strong pain killers (morphine, codene) in a lot of pain. Could I be pregnant or could it be the pain killers which has affected it😞🤔
