Has anyone had a late period, a negative pregnancy test, spotting for an hour? And has anyone ended up actually being pregnant??

My periods can be on time but some times irregular, i thought i was pregnant so did a test 13 days ago, but it came back negative :-( *gutted* but then on friday i had some light/medium spotting for about an hour and then it stopped and nothing since :-/ *weird*

I dont know wether to conserned or just to ignore the spotting.

Can anyone help??
