Need encouraging to settle down, high blood pressure

This is the second week in a row I'm at the clinic with elevated blood pressure. Last well they sent me to the hospital and I had to stay 24 and do urine collection and everything. I was fine but stressed before I went into the clinic. Now I'm here again and stressed that they are gong to send me in and induce me. I need ways to calm my ridiculousness down!!! And soon!!!!
