IS IT OKAY TO HAVE A FULL BODY MASSAGE AFTER 2 MONTHS OF MISCARRIAGE

Hey guys, do you think its already okay to have massage? I got miscarriage or should I say i got operated due to ectopic pregnancy so it was a major operation.

I'm so confused right now. My body is aching and I really need a massage but I'm afraid to do so it might have something bad happen to me. Its already been 2 months. Please help me.
