midwives

I'm a FTM and each time I attend my midwife appt it's someone new, I haven't got my matb1 form (I'm 25weeks) and I haven't got a growth chart, each time I see someone they say it'll be addressed at the next appt which never happens! Am I over reacting thinking I should have these things  sorted by now? There's just no consistency and I'm not sure what I'm meant to expect
