Concerned as all get out. HELP!

Today I'm seven weeks and this weekend was plagued with bad sharp pains, me curled up in the fetal position and worries about the baby. I can't get into the doctor until 9/19 at 8wks 6days. Should I be concerned with these pains? I'm a second time mom and have miscarried before. Should I go to the hospital if it keeps up or should I wait it out and just see what is wrong? So many questions and has anyone else cramped bad with baby number two and not at all with number one?
