I have the worst back pain in my life. 29 weeks and 5 days..I already wanna cry from it hurting so bad....how can I get relief? It hurts so bad on my left side down into my butt cheek, but mostly feels like lower back pain. Hurts when I get up and walk around. It's gotten so worse the past week. Someone help give me relief ideas. Can I use my heating pad being pregnant?
