My doctor said my cervix is slightly open but thats no issue ! But that seems weird to me . It is my second pregnancy and im 10 weeks pregnant.anyone else heard of this?

Mine was open at first i was told no sex til 12 weeks.  But my son was close to the opening as well.

I'm a midwife, if he isn't concerned it's probably because you have what would be called a 'multips os' basically a cervix that has opened before is more floppy and stays open a little bit.

That's usually when they tell women they have a "threatened miscarriage". When the cervix opens and they start to bleed. 
I'm assuming he has no worries if you're not bleeding. Also because you have a successful live birth. 
Might be something you want to ask again about .

I've read somewhere that after your first pregnancy your cervix could be dilated 1 cm during future pregnancies without any issues. I don't know why and don't quote me on it lol
