If I remember correctly, it can, but only in high doses. I never had a positive drug test when I took it.

My OB was told was the one who suggested I take Zantac to help with my acid reflux/heartburn so I have a hard time she'd tell me it's okay if there were any possibility that I would test positive lmao.
