night nurse?! rant.
Ok ladies, don't get me wrong when our LO is born were all going to need a little help here and there but I personally feel my cousins taking it way too far. My cousin, who has a husband, who owns her own business and makes her own hours, and is perfectly healthy, young and capable is having her first baby as am I. She recently told me that she's hiring a night nurse. For all of you who don't know what that is, a night nurse is someone who you hire to wake up with the baby and tend to the baby while you sleep. DOES ANYONE ELSE SEE THIS AS INSANE?! So basically, Your newborn is going to wake up crying for you but you can't wake up, you like sleeping too much, so you send a nurse to tend to the baby?! I understand if you need assistance because of medical reasons but to just be flat out LAZY and hire someone to wake up at nights with your newborn instead of waking your ass up! Isn't that the whole part of motherhood and bonding?! Sorry for the long rant I just don't understand this 🙄
