Blighted ovum

Just found out yesterday I have a blighted ovum. This is my second miscarriage and I'm devastated. I would like to miscarry naturally as I've already had a d and c before and would like to skip surgery of possible. But I don't want this to linger on because emotionally it's too hard. I was wondering if anyone knows if there is a pill that the dr can prescribed to jump start and make my body recognize that I'm having a miscarriage so this can happen quickly. Last time my body took 4 weeks before beginning to recognize.
