cramping after cervix check?

Just got back from my 38 week appointment and been having bad cramping since the doctor checked me. Didn't know if this was normal or not? Been checked the last two weeks and haven't experienced anything like this before

Same thing happened to me today. I was checked around 1130. Every since then I've been crampy with increased discharge. Starting to become more painful now and timeable. Going for a walk and then bath to see if they ease off.

It's normal. That happened to me too and then I had some light spotting for a few days.

Yep. Normal. The closer you get to your due date, your cervix get aggravated easier. And you'll cramp more as your body is preparing for labor.
