I haven't gotten sick from soft serve, but it's not recommend during pregnancy. Not cuz of the ice cream itself but because McDonalds is known for dirty ice cream machines. Most places that have soft serve ice cream have dirty machines. But it's the same with the specialty coffee machines and soda machines. When they run 24hrs it doesn't leave much time to ever clean them. I'd recommend just going to the store and buying a gallon of ice cream 😂
