Should I veto hubby's "last hurrah" party?

So my husband's friends want to have a surprise "last hurrah" pub crawl party for my husband before the baby arrives. Normally, I'd have no problem with him going out for a day or night of drinking, but I'll be almost 37 weeks pregnant on the date they chose to have this surprise party. I'm really nervous that I could go into labor while my husband is out drinking, and I do not want a drunk husband on my hands when I go into labor. I know I sound paranoid but I'm a ftm and scared to death of labor & delivery, and I need my husband to be there for me when the big day comes. Odds are I won't go into labor that day/night, but who knows?? Should I ask his friends to reschedule or cancel the party? Or just let them have their fun? I don't want to be a party pooper, but I don't want this stressing me out either. And I can't talk to my husband about it, since it's a surprise party... Advice anyone? Please help!
