No period yet...

So my af was suppose to start on,the 14th but it's still not here. I have taken hpt yesterday and it was negative. I have no sign of af but I'm having creamy and watery cm. I don't know what to think, no cramping but My nipples are so sore ? if I'm not wearing a bra and they rub on something it hurts. But that has been going on since my missed period. Should I wait longer and test again or call the doctor? Any suggestions or advice would be lovely.
