Heart rate during pregnancy?

Any ladies have anxiety? Not sure if my heart rate is higher because of being pregnant or if I'm just anxious...

Your heart rate increases from a "normal" rate of 70bpm to an elevated heart rate of 90bpm during pregnancy. It's because you have more blood to circulate through your body. But if it's a really big jump or in the 100s, it's probably anxiety related.

Mine went up. Never ever dropped below 83bpm 😊😊 and god forbid i did any exercise. I thought i was gonna have a heart attack lol

Yep! My heart rate stays at an average of pretty much 100bpm.. even when I'm just laying down!
