HELP!!....soo confused :,(

I am 10dpo today and I am due my period in 5 days time...Straight after Intercourse last night I went to the bathroom and it wiped bright red...I always have a 34/35 day cycle and have brown stuff before every period which last 2-3b4 AF arrives...So anyway after having the bright red I thought i was out little sad..but thot it cld b Implantation...I woke up with a big red clot and some bright red all throughout today but only when wiping nothing on pad then when i got home around 8:20pm this evening after putting one pad on all day...It has went brown n red...more just brown than anything and not heavy...IS THIS ANYTHING LIKE IB OR COULD THE CLOT HAVE BEEN A MC?...ANYONE HAD BRIGHT RED BLOOD AND CLOT FOR NOT EVEN A FULL DAY?...and get A BFP or did u MC...Im so worried I have searched everywhere for help and cant sleep because of it..:,(...Thnx my TTC sisters PS been cramping all day in abdoman n lower back now really tired n want to sleep ....But Just Cant...Would Love some help..Thnx xxx
