Freezer Meals? Yes or no?

Any of my  late September/ early October Momma's making freezer meals for after your little one is born or to help get through the last few weeks until their arrival? My mom is going to be helping me for the first week home with my little one, but she lives four hours away and I would like to prep some ahead just in case. I've found several ideas on Pinterest, but feel free to comment with any suggestions/go to meals. If nothing else, meal prep will give me something to do to pass the time. ☺️
