I would just call and ask! I have an autoimmune disease & I once got a letter from my specialists office saying I was scheduled 4 an appointment I knew nothing about, they even made it 4 a day I couldn't go due to work so I just called & said "I didn't make this appointment, I don't even know what it's for" turned out they wanted me to come in for an in person recheck instead of just my usual every 3 months blood work to monitor my medication. Communication is important they need to tell u what's up!

Yep I've had one! Not sure if it's just something they do in the UK but it's quite similar to a midwife appointment, no worries.

I go to the hospital for ultrasounds and non stress tests but that's it
