Sharp pains on left and right sides at different times have you experienced and is it normal?

Past 2-3 days been having sharp pains on my lower abdomen at the sides it's horrible comes n goes but is quite sharp it only last a few seconds no bleeding or cramps and I'm 9w5d just nervous as had a mmc last time at around 9 weeks :-( any advice would be great
