misscarrying. should I try progesterone cream?

I'm 4w4d pregnant. I started cramping and bleeding a few hours ago. I just went to the lab to have my hcg levels checked but I won't know results until tomorrow at the soonest. There isn't a ton of blood. It's like my normal period. I went to get pads and saw harmony cream which is a progesterone cream. Should I try it? Do you think it could help at all?

I'm not gonna be much help...but you may want to let your body do what it's gonna do.....you should go to the dr. I've read so many stories of bleeding but everything is actually fine. Good luck sugar 💖💖

If you're already actively miscarrying then it isn't going to help anything AND if your body is miscarrying the baby then it means there is something wrong with the embryo. Like another user said, let it do what it's gonna do. I know it's hard. :(

Miscarriage is your body's way of letting go of an embryo that isn't viable. There isn't much that can be done unfortunately. Sorry if you actually are. Ive been there many many many times and it's never easy x

I don't know about the cream but I had the same thing happen to me and I went to er and they told me the some bleeding is normal but if you going to have miscarriage  then it's nothing to stop it is can with my experience in didn't have a miscarriage  so far my baby is healthy and I'm 24 weeks now
