Boob milk

I'm not pregnant (100% certain) but for the past year if I squeeze my boob I am able to get a fluid to come out. It ranges from clear/ clearish white to white color and is usually just a dot, but will spray out if I'm really hydrated. It's both boobs. My boobs are really small but like I said I'm not pregnant so what could be going on?
