Vitex... Yes or no?

Hiii, I've just ordered 100 x 1000mg because I've heard good things and I'm just wondering if people have had any experiences with it?

I just started a week and a half ago 800mg a day. Two days after I started I got my period (haven't had it in over a year). 8 days later I'm still on it but it is slowing down. I'll take it as a good sign. No side effects for me yet. Interested in hearing success story's with it too.
