Absolutely I started using them pretty young cause I was a dancer and it never was a problem. Playtex sports were the most comfortable for me.

Yes. I started using them before I lost my virginity. As long as you read the directions do as it follows and change it regularly you will be okay.  Know about the risk of toxic shock syndrome and know that if you are using tampons safely and correctly you can avoid it. I love using tampons I hate pads but it all depends on what you're comfortable with.

Yes but I wouldn't recommend it, there horrible, im personally scared of them. They jusr akward n uncomfortable but they can be handle for if ur in sports or want to go swimming
