The lighting in the photo isn't enough to tell if they are real or cz or another stone. But I agree with the other ladies about sizing and who really cares if it's real? The only people who will notice (in person) if it is indeed fake are snotty bitches who want to put you down. Most people can't identify real from fake anyways. If you really want to know there's a couple things you can look for, you could take it to a jeweler, or just ask your SO. It's beautiful either way and a lovely gift from your love that should be cherished. You're a lucky gal!
