Noises from my tummy?? 🤔

I don't know if this happened before but I just noticed. My stomach made a noise that's not like growling for hunger... is it a bad sign? I been really stressed and worried about misscarrying since I'm only 7 weeks and 2 days

Same happens to me. I have to eat crackers every 3 hours. Make sure to eat something before going to sleep also.

Just be sure to stay hydrated and keep something on your stomach no matter how hard it is to eat , try liquid foods such as soups if it gets hard . But I still till this day hear my stomach growl sometimes @33 weeks
