I have cramps everytime i have my period. Atleast only on the first day. Sometimes its bearable sometimes it hurts too much i cant go to work or do anything. My mentruation only last for 4 days heavy flow on the first and second day and small flow on the third and fourth day.Does this have to do why we can't concieve? I have been married for two months but weve been trying to conceive even before our wedding. But till now i theres no sign. Should i lose hope? We really really want a baby. Any advice?
