Using Preseed to combat autonomic neuropathy

Had anyone had any luck thus far using Preseed? I started using this it this past week that my ovulation was the highest. Since I've been diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes, it had been considerably difficult for me to stay lubricated. My doctor said it's possibly Autonomic Neuropathy. If you don't know, that's nerve damage. I still enjoy sex but my nerve endings are a bit damaged so everything sexually that was easy before, is more complicated now. I'm hoping Preseed will help. Wish me luck, ladies. We need it.
