Awkward but need to ask

Okay so I took my pill at about 11, and maybe 30 minutes later I had sever cramping and once instance of loose stools. I am a week away from my period, take my pill at exactly 11pm each day, and had sex yesterday with a condom on when he finished. Should I be worried? I know some places say that the pill may not have absorbed or I may need to take another, idk. Please help!!
