shaving/ trying to use a tampon for the 1st time

How the hell do I shave down there?? Especially near the opening and is it normal to get red spots??? 2. I tried to use a tampon but idk how to.... Is this normal or am I really stupid I don't know which hole is which tbh and I didn't know how to do it please give tips ...
