BBT help. First time charting.

Is this a normal BBT chart? This my first month tracking and I cant tell if it is promising or not. I did have some cramping and sharp twinges yesterday and am elevated even more today, but I also feel like I might be coming down with a cold. 8 months ttc. 10 dpo. Never had a BFP.
