Did you dream you were having twins before your ultrasound?

So I'm 10 weeks today, and I keep having dreams that I'm having twins, my ultrasound appointment is tomorrow morning and I swear it's been the longest month ever. I'm just hoping everything is okay. So my question is did anyone dream or think they were having twins before there appointment and then ended up having twins?

I had a dream shortly after I had found out I was pregnant with my first that I was having a boy, after that dream it's like I just knew it was a boy, and it was :)

I actually had a dream that I had one little girl... A few days later I found out its twins... So my dream was not 100% accurate of predicting anything.

I have had one dream where we were having twins! But my appointment isn't until Tuesday... I'm interested to see if this dream comes true!
