Needing advice! HELP

So for the past 5 days now I have had on and off extreme cramping and pelvic pressure it just comes and goes throughout the day. I'm 34 weeks and my baby is already head down and ahead of schedule as it is. I don't want to go to labor and delivery if I don't have to (hate that damn place) what do you guys think??
