Had a dream I took a test and got a positive. I've had symptoms like fatigue, odd cravings, breast tenderness/fullness, frequent urination, increase in thirst and body temp. I had a dream about a week ago that I had a baby boy. Did anyone else experience similar things prior to finding out if you were pregnant?
