Something that is helping me with nauseas

This is my second week with nausea 24/7. Two days ago I realized that if I eat 5 or 6 saltines with jelly when I wake up, and every 3 hours until I go to sleep my nauseas are significantly reduce. I also can eat plain white rice (from the chinese food) and it helps me a lot. I know that for everybody is different, but I just wanted to share.
