How do you deal with itchy nipples?

Please help I don't know how to deal with my overly itchy nipples. I'm 24 weeks plus 5 day and any little itch makes them lactate.

I've been using coco butter on my boobs and tummy since I found out. When I don't I get really itchy.

Cereve or coconut oil has been helping mine. I alternate them based on my outfit. I'm afraid the coconut oil will stain.

I bought a product called pregnancy boob tube. My dry skin cleared up in a day.

My doctor told me to deal, lol. Nothing helped. I used a tiny bit of cortisone cream and it sometimes helped.

I've been using Palmers cocoa butter formula skin therapy oil.  It's very light but keeps my skin moisturized so I'm way less itchy.  I use it on my stretch marks too and it keeps them from itching as well.

I rub the colostrum that leaks on them honesrly. Sometimes that works. Other time I just use lotion
