Red Raspberry Leaf Tea???

Hey ladies,

So thanks to a post on here, I've just discovered RRLT and have been doing some research on it. Has any other mamas used this before? I'm already almost 32 weeks. Is it too late for me to start drinking this tea and actually see benefits from it?

IV heard mixed reviews. Some say it pointless if your just starting now as you needs lots and lots and build up slowly. 
 Some say they only start at 34-35 weeks. 
  I personally started around 30 weeks this pregnancy. Much later then last pregnacy as I forgot about it lol 
 I found it helped. I had a easy fast labour and was healed up super fast. Where my first I had a horrible healing time

I don't k ow if it's too late for the Rasberry leaf tea but look into the primrose!!!!

I am reading into the red raspberry tea, but not sure about the primrose.  I would be worried that the primrose would cause you to go into labor when you're not ready just yet. Idk if I would chance it because I would like to try to carry full term if I can and would try and avoid going in labor too early. Am I over reacting?

I've drank it a few days a week since my 2nd trimester. It won't hurt to try. It's suppose to help tone the uterus. I'm doing everything to help labor go smoothly and hopefully not late. I'm doing red raspberry leaf tea. I'm also going to take evening primrose oil orally and vaginally and clary sage essential oil to rub on my stomach closer to 37 weeks. Evening primrose oil is good for softening the cervix and clary sage can cause uterine comtractions. I've also read good things about eating dates the last few weeks of pregnancy. Researchers have found that dates have oxytocin like effects that can cause uterine contractions. But you have to eat like 6 a day starting at 36 weeks. I'm a FTM and I'm trying to do anything to keep me from being induced.
