Hip/Back Pain
Hey Ladies! Has anyone found a way to combat the nagging lower back pain? This week (no.17) has been a bad one, with the pain constantly radiating into my hip. It's not super painful, but there is an omnipresent throbbing sensation. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
