I had a csection 4 weeks ago, incision is healed and I've been cleaning, lifting carseat, walking. I feel like I've healed very well, so didn't know if it was ok to have sex 2 weeks early.

No. Just because the outside is healed, doesn't mean the inside is. I've known people who were hospitalized for not waiting the appropriate time frame.

dont do it!! Ive had 2 c sections and i promise you you are not fully healed on the inside. you could tear open the stitches on your uterus. C sections are totally different than healing from a vaginal delivery.
