PCOS and spots!

Hi everyone. I have PCOS and have quite bad skin - one minute it's really oily, the next it's dry and I get a new bloody spot everyday 😰 Does anyone have any fab tips/treatments for getting rid? I was on antibiotics for 2 years when I was younger but had to come off them as my body was getting used to them. I also tried a variety of prescribed creams but they were too harsh on my skin. I'm 25 now and have been battling with this for so long. Only just been diagnosed with PCOS that they say is probably causing the acne. Any help would be much appreciated x
