Has anyone asked a guy before to be their boyfriend?

I know its unusual. Most cause many girls believe that guys are the ones that are supposed to do it. I have never done it but after my last post I posted thanks to everyone that replied I think maybe I should take that chance and asked him because i think I'm ready to be his girlfriend. Even though he had asked me and I said it was too soon. So maybe I should switch it up a bit cause I do have as much feelings as he does for me😊

Yeah we were drunk and he was walking me home and I just yelled "I WANT YOU TO BE MY PROPER BOYFRIEND". A year on I think I did the right thing 🙊🙊🙊

In middle school my 1st "boyfriend" basically got pressured in to asking me to be his girlfriend, in high school I had a huge crush on a guy who just happened to be crushing on me too, I asked him to prom & we went out for a bit after that but never really called each other boyfriend/girlfriend, my only serious relationship technically neither one of us officially asked, my hubby & I met online, messaged each other everyday for about a week, then met in person & were going on dates every 2 or 3 days, about 2 weeks in to the actual in person dating I tried to pull up his profile to show my sister what he looked like & he had taken it down! I was like "Oh snap! Does he want to be exclusive?" I emailed him & said "Sooo, I noticed u took down your profile." He said "U caught me! I've dated a few girls from the site but you're the only one I'm excited about." I let him know I'd take down mine too :) It'll be 3 years together in Nov., 2 years married, expecting a baby girl in Feb. 2017

I didn't know people still asked the other person to be their boyfriend/girlfriend lol we just were like 'okay, we hangout every day and neither one of us are seeing other people so we're a couple' lol
