preeclampsia at 19weeks?

Is it possible? A week ago I went to the ER and my blood pressure was 149/99. When blood tests came back fine They gave me fluids and sent me home. Yesterday I noticed my feet and ankles swelled up for the first time which seemed strange since I will be nineteen weeks tomorrow. Last night I could sleep well because my stomach and uterus hurt so much but I assumed I was just stretching and growing. This morning I have felt terrible and haven't been able to kick this headache. And then I stepped on the scale and noticed I've gained five pounds in the last four days or so. I feel crazy worrying about it since it's so early it just seems weird that these all happened.
