How to maintain tranquility during pregnancy?

In a women's life, we encounter moments of anxiety/stress and sometimes even depression. For me, I'm stressed about school (I'm a senior in highschool), I worry about if I'm doing everything right to make sure my baby comes out ok, I'm giving away a pet (seems silly to get worked up about but I will miss my fur baby), and I deal with comments/opinions from adults on my pregnancy which really gets to me sometimes. Talking to people about my problems only temporarily alleviate the problem but when I'm alone and thinking to myself, I get worked up all over again to the point where I feel nervous and my heart starts pounding. When I hit panic attack mode, I deep breathe and try to focus on something else which helps.

What do you do to keep calm in stressful situations? I want to be as healthy as possible for my baby and I know all of this stress isn't good for him. Thank you for all of your suggestions💙💙
