So I need some advice, I am talking to a guy whom I may have a relationship with in the future. Just recently I went to hang out with my ex and we kissed. Do you think I should tell him or should I just let it be? If he asks should I tell him or lie?

You are not in a committed relationship with this person. Unless you otherwise verbally agreed to remain exclusive only to each other, there really isnt a point in telling him. If he did ask it would definitely be best to be honest about it though.
