Going Away While Seriously Cramping
I just got, (what I believe to be) the worst period cramping and headaches I've ever gotten! EVER! What's worse is, I'm going away with my dad and step mom and her side of the family to Disney land tomorrow. 😓😓 I'm the second youngest (besides a two year old 🙄) and I'll be gone for two weeks.
The absolute worst part about all of this is, I'm on medication for poison oak, and mixing that with Ibuprofen (I have asthma so other pain killers make me wheezy) it is dangerous. And hot compresses swell the rashed up parts on body. Help. I need so remedies.
